Behind the Scenes - Fashion & Editorial Hairstyling

A few days back, I did hair for a shoot on location at ION Orchard, with the theme of Space Invasion. It was indeed a fun experience, as I had the opportunity to do creative hairstyling inspired by the runways of Alexander McQueen. Take a look!

I recently styled for a shoot for designer Yilin from Yumumu Studio for her new collection, East Asian Misfits II. For the shoot, Yilin requested for looks that were current and fresh from the runway, and hence we went for hairdos inspired by Topshop and Prada. Take a look!

Revolution USA March 2010 Issue

Sometime early this year, I styled for a shoot for Revolution Magazine's March 2010 Issue. When I did hair for the shoot, little did I know that it was for the cover of the USA version, and I got a pleasant and unexpected surprise when I saw my work on the front cover and a short editorial inside the magazine. I was indeed excited, as this is my second time doing hair for an international magazine! Take a look!

Recently, I styled for a shoot for a designer lookbook for a student from the TP ADM course. The entire concept was to portray something which was raw and natural for the hair, so I gave the model loose waves with slight teasing to achieve a frazzled out of bed look. Take a look!
